What You Get To Do:The Washington Senior Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to a team of up to seven direct reports in Washington State. This role is responsible for the overall administration and growth of the Dungarvin business and services within Washington's Supportive Living Programs. The Senior Director is responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with potential and existing business partners including local, state, and federal legislative and department representatives, advocacy groups, trade associations, and other stakeholders as warranted.Duties include:Develop and implement strategic program and fiscal planning initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellenceOversee the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs and servicesEnsure full compliance with federal, state, and local business and program regulations, laws, and licensing requirements specific to DD/IDD servicesAssure quality of services meet or exceed regulatory and licensing standards through ongoing monitoring and quality assurance activitiesIdentify, pursue, and manage expansion of markets and new business opportunities within the service areaHire, coach, mentor, train, and supervise direct reports while fostering a culture of professional development and accountability to entire teamOversee budget development, allocation, and financial performance management while maintaining personal accountability for P&L outcomesConduct performance evaluations, implement professional development plans, and support staff retentionRepresent the organization at community events, legislative meetings, industry forums, and stakeholder engagement activitiesMonitor and report on key performance indicators, service metrics, and compliance measures to senior leadership
