Our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for the design and implementation of Identity solutions that align with business goals and objectives. This is a Senior Technical role that is responsible for the design, implementation, and operational stability of identity systems in the Provisioning domain.

This role will be responsible for managing expectations with application stakeholders, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting solutions related to the integration with Identity Management Systems. This role will also be responsible for various aspects of infrastructure management including maintenance, performance, and capacity planning, security, and support. The individual in this role understands and interprets global technical and business requirements. This includes participation in the discovery, documentation, validation/refinement of solutions, deployments, and hypercare.

ROLE

Designs, configures, troubleshoots, and supports IAM initiatives and solutions.Collaborates with our teams to help provide security/IAM best practices and design patterns.Develops and documents environment topologies and standards.Provides a senior escalation point for complex issues. Ensures timely recovery from outages, performs root cause analysis, and implements preventative measures.Seeks opportunities to automate, document, share, educate, and improve processes.Acts as a team lead and mentor to others.Gathers requirements from internal clients and provides security/IAM technical expertise to the development of initiative requirements.Ensures that proposed and existing system architectures are aligned with organizational standards, goals, and objectives.Partners with other Solution Architects to generate project Solution Outline.Contributes, interprets, and communicates enterprise, technical, project, and operational strategies to the team.Assists in the planning, design, and development of new capabilities and enhancements to existing applications.Works with Team Manager and Project Managers to set direction and tone to establish cadence for project execution.Leads and conducts solution reviews for team members and contributes and/or owns criteria for review.Continues personal growth in the areas of technology, business knowledge, and our policies.REQUIRED7 years’ hands-on IdM experience leading in at least 2 of the following areas (Authentication (AD or AAD), Authorization (Provisioning), Cryptography (x509), or Federation (Federated Login).5 years’ experience in the documentation of solution designs and process flows.5 years’ in IdM protocols and standards.5 years’ experience in implementing IAM technologies and services.Experience with Linux/AIX.Experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ.Experience with the design, installation, and configuration of IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM).Experience with scripting and development (Java, JavaScript, and PowerShell).Experience with ISIM adapters, including Active Directory Adapter, SAP Adapter.Expert understanding of standard engineering concepts such as high availability, redundancy, reliability, and performance.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to cross collaborate with others on large complex projects.Strong ability to properly convey IAM concepts and standards to others.Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to communicate to all levels of management and stakeholders.Ability to identify gaps and recommend solutions to align with security and IAM standards and procedures as well as identifying areas for significant improvement, optimization, and automation.Demonstrates a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization.Follows Enterprise standards for Security and Best Practices.Strong understanding of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, and IDaaS architecture and concepts.Interfaces with and provides technical leadership to others in the IT division and business to address ongoing business needs.Ability to articulate, gather, drive conversations, and document requirements.Strong training skills.Recommended (a plus to have)Scripting in PowerShell or related scripting languages.Familiarity with WebSphere, TDS, and DB2 is helpful.
