- Provide support to customers, with emphasis on high-level networking and application issues.
- Prepare and discuss technical/security documentation with customers
- Effectively troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, including Server, Storage, Network, and Citrix/RD/VMware software related issues
- Manage enterprise level application installs
- Provide input and guidance on server, network, and storage architecture
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required; experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise technical support, helpdesk, and network support required
- Comprehensive understanding of servers, virtual environments, WAN and LAN topologies, Citrix, and storage environments required
- Experience with network enterprise systems required; Working knowledge of HL7 interface, Mirth, and JavaScript a plus
