HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors is currently seeking an InSite Program Manager to join their safety conscious team in Mount Vernon / Anacortes, WA. As a InSite Program Manager, your role is to be the liaison between the client, our on-site operations team, and division operational leadership. This role will be a key piece of driving safety programs, resource planning, performance and client communication for our valued client.Health and Safety is our #1priority and we live it 3-6-5!

Plan and work with site team to execute per client schedule.

Act as main client contact for business line.

Facilitate a corrective and preventative action programs in compliance with HPC-Industrial standards.

Gather field data to package to client as part of monthly report.

Manage the QC of field performance.

Manage and coordinate the efforts of HPC-Industrial onsite employees.

Enlist HPC-Industrial corporate resources as needed to endure 100% customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute emergency response plan to field upsets.

Maintain adequate levels of equipment for emergency responses and ongoing projects.

Scope special projects and work with sales and operations team to facilitate estimates.

Prove weekly status reports to division management.

Act as site Unity Manager as “go to” person for all HPC Site functions.

Be the daily face for HPC Industrial daily at the client site.

Other site/client management functions as assigned by management.

What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?

7+ years of experience in IS Services and or Field Experience

Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with an industrial environment.

TWIC card is required.
