Description Our client is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to help take their internal training to the next level. This individual will be primarily responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials for internal staff, as well as converting existing curriculum into an e-learning format. This role requires a mixture of creative design, technical knowledge, and understanding of adult learning principles. The ideal candidate will have experience with Camtasia and Articulate Storyline software, with 2+ years of curriculum development under their belt.Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and effective instructional materials for various training purposes.

Convert existing curriculum into an e-learning format while ensuring the information remains accurate and meaningful to the learner.

Utilize Camtasia and Articulate Storyline to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.

Implement adult learning principles to ensure instructional materials are effective and appropriate.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure the learning materials meet the needs of the learners and the company.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and use feedback to continually improve.

Assist with the deployment and maintenance of a learning management system in a corporate learning environment.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

2+ years of experience in curriculum development.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles.

Experience with Camtasia and Articulate Storyline software.

Proven ability to develop engaging and effective learning materials.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Technical Writing, or related field.

Experience with video editing in Adobe or Camtasia.

Content-specific certifications.

Experience with learning management system (LMS) architecture and deployment in a corporate learning environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
