Inventory Analyst $27/Hr Day shift

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm Occasional overtime. Medical/Dental/Life AD&D Disability Plans/FSA/HSA/Critical Illness/Employee Assistance Program/Pet Insurance and more. General Practice, enforce and promote all HR, Safety and Quality policies and procedures Cooperate with other departments to help meet all KPI’sØ Knowledge and understanding of AM behaviors – practice, promote and train· Strategic Owns the “Clear to Build” material availability process that evaluates current inventory and planned receipts versus production demand Production demand will be evaluated based on both in-house orders downloaded to the plant as well as future orders as seen through the large order file and orders queued/not downloaded. Material requirements will be determined using current BOMs as well as company knowledge of what is not included on the BOM. Through this analysis, feedback will be provided to the corporate material planning team where ADU calculations appear to be out of balance with current requirements, both low and high. The output will be actionable reports with immediate follow through for what is needed for tactical execution and management reporting Be able to use all of the tools available to perform these tasks (MRR, Power Bi, AIMS, ALWIN, FedEx, War Room spreadsheet – as well as helping to create any others needed for this position)· Tactical Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory by ensuring that material is checked in, received into AIMS, issued from AIMS and moved to the correct BIN location within 24 hours of the transaction (same day prefered) Accurately perform cycle counts, as well as other individual counts as needed Verify that all material needed by Production is on hand prior to the day it is needed Maintain an Outage Report (Low’s and Ohs) as well as a Critical Out Report (Oh No!s), as well as taking measures to attain those materials (expedites from vendor, DR’s, etc) Be able to communicate to Production any outages and how it will affect the lines, including following up until we can get a definitive answer on product arrival Be able to ship material out as needed – FedEx, LTL, VEKA ELOP, Scrap trailer Help to complete Expedites – both from transfer requests from other plants as well as parts required by Shipping
