Role - IT Analyst for Service Intelligence/App delivery (DevOps/Site Reliability)Location: Mountlake Terrace WAType: Contract Organize and lead technical analysis activities to identify solutions Perform detailed technical analysis based on business requirements Translate business requirements into detailed specification and deliverables Experience in decomposing work into features and stories Experience writing effective stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Act as a liaison between customers and technical delivery teams Strong data analysis Work closely with product and development teams to better define key business needs and drive root cause analysis Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous requirements and incomplete data sets Solid verbal and written communications skills Recommend and adapt best practices in managing requirements Technical skills required Experience with Service now Experience managing projects in an Agile environment Site Reliability Engineering practices and methodologies Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Improvement (CI/CD) pipelines Experience with Software Delivery Life Cycle practices and methodologies
