IT Service Desk Technician

Location: Kent, WA Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Service Desk Technician

• Desk Techs are the frontlines of every new user at our client.
• Every milestone is carried through this role as your team is responsible for outfitting every team member with the IT equipment that can help them succeed.
• Organization, flexibility, and a willingness to help are the driving factors for those who succeed in this role as you'll be assisting users across the organization get the tools, they need to perform their jobs.

• Imaging computers for deployment to New Hires & Existing Employees
• Fulfilling hardware requests for team members throughout the organization
• Tracking and organizing incoming & existing inventory
• Maintaining work area cleanliness by doing regular trash runs
• Outfitting desks with IT equipment
• Assisting in project work (I.E. Transitioning Windows 7 users to Windows 10, life cycling inventory)

• Familiarity with Windows 10, Catalina, and Ubuntu
• Familiarity with Office Suite of Applications
• Ability to lift 50lb
• Customer Service Experience
• High School Diploma

• A+ Certification
