I.T. Specialist - Lead (HSPD-12)

Serve as the principal IT Specialist supporting a government client for the Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) program across 63 physical locations throughout the United States. Coordinates with other government stakeholders to ensure compliance with I.T. governance, software configuration, and program updates to each location within the program. The I.T. Specialist, Lead, will work closely with the Project Manager and the corporate shared services team to promote communication across the team and company while implementing the best I.T. practices. Coordinates with corporate resources to ensure the quality standards are met. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for technical knowledge required for effective system deployment. Regularly prepares and delivers presentations and briefings as required.Provide integration, analysis, design, development, documentation, and implementation assistance to program leadership.Support the training of team members with Database Management, ensuring the process and concept for all deliverables are understood.Supports HSPD-12 enrollments and activations of SmartID cards; troubleshoot LAK/LCS related to hardware and software issues.
