Cafe Hagen is redefining Seattle’s café scene with Scandinavian coziness and award-winning coffee. With locations in Seattle, Bellevue, and our NEW Kirkland café, we are hiring passionate baristas and front-of-house team members.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong coffee knowledge & minimum latte art skills required

- 2+ years customer service in high-volume settings

- 1+ year food/drink service (cocktail or barista experience a plus)

Strong communication, reliability, and team spirit

Compensation: $22–27/hour including tips, based on experience.
