Jr. Staff Accountant

Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Staff Accountant with extended experience in expense report processing to join an esteemed company in SeaTac, WA on a temporary contract basis. The Staff Accountant will be largely responsible for managing, processing, and analyzing expense reports, using PeopleSoft software.Responsibilities:Processing and auditing of employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.Reconciling, analyzing, and monitoring accounting data as it pertains to expenses.Assisting in monthly and yearly close procedures, specifically related to expense reporting.Working with PeopleSoft software for accounting and administrative tasks.Providing support in financial audits when necessary.Responding to inquiries from employees and management regarding expense procedures and policies.Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as a staff accountant, particularly with a focus on expense report processing.Extensive knowledge of expense management and reconciliation.Proficiency in using PeopleSoft software is a must.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
