Authoring maintainable, well documented, configuration tracking workbooks to capture areas that need configured, what configurations have been completed, and configuration changes.ii. Authoring materials for decision making either by the project team or by the authorizing stakeholder group, the Court User Work Group.iii. Following best practices for writing testable use cases and business process documentsData and Solution Validation of Applications by:i. Following best practices for authoring maintainable, well documented, business processes and use cases to use for validating converted data and solution configurations.ii. Utilize data and solution validation documents to complete validation tasks of the various systems.iii. Utilize Jira (issue tracking system) to document identified issues from validation and work with the project team to determine the best solution to resolve the issue.Assist with the Deployment of the various project applications including:i. Participating in weekly meetings with courts prior to implementation to assist with configuration questionnaires.ii. Understanding and authoring deployment documentation to assist courts with working with the new programs being implemented.iii. Complete configuration validation and configuration changes as needed during go-live events.iv. Assist court users with utilizing the new programs, document and problem-solve issues identified, and working out resolutions or report issues through the documented process as needed.v. Offer recommendations for deployment process improvements.Collaborate and complete work in an agile team environment by:i. Frequently communicating progress and impediments of assigned work. ii. Identifying dependencies internal and external to the project team.iii. Routinely reporting completed, delayed, or newly identified work. iv. Contributing to work definition, estimation, and planning.v. Reviewing, assessing, and offering recommendations to improve team performance.vi. Identifying technologies, frameworks, or processes that might improve team performance and product quality.
