我们正在寻找一位责任心强、执行力高的厨房领班，协助主管全面管理厨房各部门的日常运营。
主要职责包括：

严格执行厨房操作规范，确保各部门菜品出品质量

清货、点货管理

后厨人员的招聘、排班与协调安排

岗位要求：

能熟练使用中文与英文进行沟通

拥有合法报税身份（需报税）

可接受周末与节假日上班

熟练使用Excel进行数据整理和人员安排

有责任心，具备良好的团队协作能力

无经验可培训，有餐厅管理经验更佳

薪资福利：

工资待遇 $23+/小时起（具体视经验而定），年薪约$80K+

加班工资（OT）

We're Hiring: Kitchen Supervisor 
We are looking for a responsible and Strong execution skills Kitchen Supervisor to assist the manager in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enforce food preparation and safety standards

Oversee product quality and inventory (stock checks, restocking)

Coordinate kitchen staff recruitment, scheduling, and team management

Job Requirements:

Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

Bilingual in Chinese and English

Legally authorized to work and file taxes

Available on weekends and public holidays

Proficient in using Excel for data organization and staff scheduling.

No experience required — we provide training. Prior experience in kitchen or restaurant management is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting from $23+/hr (depending on experience), around $80K+ a year

Overtime pay (OT)
