Lab Manager

Monitor and perform on-going maintenance for overall lab environment, network rack, appliances, and physical security solutions. Perform installation and basic programming/configuration of network equipment and physical security devices. Support maintenance of critical systems including, electrical (AC and DC). Responsible for reading and understanding technical drawings, documentation and work orders including scope of work and determine if additional information is needed. Prepare documentation including as-built, floorplans, mark-ups, and wire termination programming sheets. Collaborate with business stakeholders for project and other maintenance needs. Enforce lab safety, security, and organizational standards and/or policies. Ensure all personnel on-site follow safety protocols. Document processes and keep event logs.
