We are looking for an experienced, motivated Salesperson who understands landscape construction and can confidently sell, estimate, and help design both residential and commercial landscape projects. If you have a background in landscape design, that’s a major bonus!

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of landscape construction (hardscapes, irrigation, grading, plantings, etc.)

Ability to walk a jobsite, take measurements, and talk confidently with clients about their vision

Experience with estimating and preparing proposals

Comfortable managing customer relationships from first contact to final walkthrough

Organized and self-driven with great communication skills

Optional but ideal: experience with landscape design software (Dynascape, AutoCAD, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess project scope

Create bids and proposals based on customer needs

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure clear project handoffs

Provide input on layout and design when needed

Help drive company growth through strong customer service and follow-up

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in landscape construction, estimating, or design

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Able to work independently and with a team

Compensation: Competitive base + commission + benefits

Schedule: Full-time
