Lawn Care Crew Member & Crew Lead – Positions Start Mid-March

Join our team at Four Seasons Lawn & Pest, where we value motivated, hardworking individuals who enjoy the outdoors and want to build relationships within the community. We are hiring Full-Time Crew Members and Crew Leads to maintain lawns for our commercial and residential customers in Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston, and Clarkston. Positions are set to begin in mid-March.

Responsibilities:

Operate lawn care equipment (aerators, mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers) safely and efficiently

Mow, trim, edge, and blow off surfaces to maintain a neat appearance

Follow safety guidelines and procedures

Assist with various lawn care tasks as needed

Crew Lead Additional Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide crew members to ensure quality service

Communicate with management, employees, and customers

Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use

Lead by example to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to lift heavy objects, work in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periods

Pass employment screening

Available to work Tuesday–Friday, shifts ranging from 9 to 11 hours per day

Crew Member: No experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Crew Lead: Previous lawn care experience preferred, leadership skills required
