This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about organizational growth, has a strong interest in people development, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.You will work closely with team leads and senior management to implement leadership frameworks, assess development needs, and support program performance across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing and executing leadership development programs and workshopsConduct needs assessments and collect feedback from team leaders to tailor development strategiesFacilitate internal communication and coordination between departments regarding training initiativesTrack program participation and effectiveness using performance metrics and reportsMaintain documentation of learning tools, materials, and development resourcesSupport recruitment and onboarding processes for leadership tracksParticipate in organizational planning to align development efforts with company goalsCollaborate with HR and executive leadership to ensure alignment of values, vision, and culture
