Blaine Pantec Mini Storage LLC is looking to hire a part-time Leasing Assistant to support the Facility Manager; to lease and manage storage accounts from the office. Responsibilities include selling self-storage space, handling of payments, questions about accounts and storage units, rent collection, resolving customer issues, and assisting the Facility Manager. Direct applicable experience a plus!

Requirements:

-Excellent phone communication skills

-Basic office & computer skills

-Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook Email

-Willingness and ability to learn new computer software

-Ability to pass full background and criminal check

-Compliance with company policies and procedures

-Starting at $20-$24/hour DOE
