We are looking for an outgoing, positive, team player with a "can do attitude" to join our growing team. Primary responsibilities of the Leasing Agent are to help coordinate marketing efforts, serve as the primary contact during the application process, and to all our residents. You will be a big part of the team effort in achieving occupancy and lease up goals.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Help with lease up of each building.Provide outstanding customer, professionalism, and exemplary communication.Provide detailed phone presentation to prospective residents with purpose of pre-screening for qualifications and setting an appointment to show an apartment.

}Provide tours of the apartment communities to prospective residents for the purpose of leasing apartments.

}Keep accurate and detailed records of phone and walk-in traffic utilizing approved traffic logs and guest cards.

}Enter all traffic into computer daily. Discuss with prospective residents the advantages of leasing at our properties.

}Conduct outreach marketing as needed.

}Screen and qualify prospective residents using the approved selection criteria while ensuring that they meet

requirements.

}Prepare leases andpaperwork for qualified prospective residents. Prepare resident files after move-in using the

approved standards. Handle all lease renewals in a complete and timely manner.

}Schedule resident move-ins.

Comply with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances. Complete all other projects or requests as directed by Supervisor.

Requirements:Experience/Training.Must have previous leasingexperience with excellent closing abilities.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Should have excellent social and motivational skills. Should be compassionate and have an outgoing personality with a sense of humor. Must be punctual and dependable. Must have excellent telephone skills. Must be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have proven closing skills. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and meet deadlines. Computer literacy is required for the position.

PhysicalRequirements:Should be able conduct tours. Must be able to travel up and down stairs at the communities. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds in a variety of work situations. Must be able to reach, bend, and have a full range of motion.

Experience level:

1 year minimum
