Description We are offering a role in the real estate industry, specifically in sales and lease, located in Bellingham, Washington. The position to be filled is a Contract Compliance Analyst who will provide support as a Loan Processor. This role involves reviewing contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements generated as a result of our client representation. The employment type for this role is temporary.Responsibilities: Review all contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements generated from our representation of clients. Utilize the Skyslope system or any other future system designated for this task. Perform initial contract review to ensure all documentation for the deal is ready for review by the Broker and Transaction Specialists. Communicate effectively and promptly with agents about deficiencies in documents, providing explanation and assistance. Audit files and work with agents to ensure missing contract documents are received in a timely manner. Work closely with the Managing Brokers by supporting efforts to ensure compliance. Manage the Transactions Brokerage email inbox. Handle responsibilities for any entity in your area that may be assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Loan Processor - Support role within the Real Estate - Sales & Lease industry. Proficiency in compliance is a requisite skill for this role. The applicant should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be proficient in using various software related to the real estate industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate loan processing procedures and regulations. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required for this role. The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. The candidate should have the ability to work independently and also as part of a team. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
