Description We are in search of a capable Logistics Coordinator Customer Service Rep to join our team in Kent, Washington. This role will be critical in managing the flow of resources and materials between vendors, manufacturers, and customers. You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery and use. This positions also requires exceptional customer service as communication will be between, customers, vendors, drivers and field technicians. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs Assist in the coordination and tracking of all project phases, from initial planning to completion Utilize Field Connect and Spectrum to streamline and integrate business operations Use Microsoft Excel to maintain data and create reports Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Ensure compliance with customs regulations during deliveries Prepare, handle, and process all necessary documentation Manage work orders, daily receipts, and credit card receipts Perform audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Respond to inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner Maintain equipment inventory and ensure all items are properly scheduled for delivery.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Logistics Coordinator role or similar Proficiency in using ERP Solutions for logistics and supply chain management Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role Knowledge of customs laws and regulations Experience in managing deliveries, including scheduling and tracking Proficiency in managing documentation related to logistics and supply chain Experience in handling work orders, daily receipts, and credit card receipts Ability to perform audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Experience in answering inbound calls, providing information and resolving issues Familiarity with equipment inventory management Experience in scheduling deliveries, pickups, and appointments.
