We specialize in siding and exterior renovations, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to learn, hustle, and grow with us.

The Job:

We’re on the hunt for a motivated Laborer / Crew Member who’s down to learn the trade and be part of a solid team. You’ll help with siding projects, carry materials, clean up job sites, and learn real construction skills that can turn into a long-term career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Setting up and cleaning up job sites

Loading and moving materials and tools

Helping install siding and trim (don’t worry, we’ll train you)

Learning how to use power tools safely

Working outdoors and staying active

Being part of a team that actually enjoys what they do

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Shows up on time and ready to work

Likes working with their hands (and being outside)

Can lift 50+ lbs and isn’t afraid of ladders

Has reliable transportation

Brings a good attitude — we can teach skills, not effort
