Maintenance Laborer/Groundskeeper

Linden Lane Apartment Homes, a smoke free apartment community in Puyallup, is looking for a full time Maintenance Laborer/Groundskeeper. We are looking for someone willing to perform a variety of landscaping and manual labor tasks. On the job training provided for an enthusiastic worker.

Responsibilities:

Pruning

Raking

Weeding

Trash Cleanup

Pressure Washing

Assisting with Apartment Cleanout/Turns

Other various tasks

Full Time Position:40 Hours Per Week.

Monday-Friday: 7:00AM-3:30PM.

$22 per hour, Plus Medical and Retirement Benefits.

Background Check Required.

Non-Smoking Facility-Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace.
