Maintenance Planner - Day Shift $27/HR

Job DescriptionMaintain an excellent attendance recordBe flexible with hours and days worked as needed.Deep Knowledge and understanding of AMI behaviors, practice them, train others, and promote it;Practice and promote all HR policies and procedures regarding hiring, training, certification and disciplinary actionsMake decisions based on data to support KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost;Cooperate with all other departments so the plant meets all safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPI’sMust be cordial, helpful and positive to all production & shipping employeesOpens Work Orders & Preventive maintenance within the AMMS and update all applicable information (including downtime)Schedules and enters completion of PM in AMMSVerifies the availability of, or orders parts prior to scheduling the job.Reduce unexpected downtimeArrange for special tools and auxiliary equipment.Enters time worked against jobs in AMMSReviews all work requests, develops scope of work, and inspects job location to determine job requirements.Prepare PM Kits (spare part kits for PM)Plan appropriate manpower for PM’sConform to site health and safety procedures as appropriate.Other duties as assigned Day Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm / Overtime possible Benefits include : Medical/Dental/Vision/401K Matching/ 2 weeks vacation 1st year./Life Insurance
