Maintenance Technician

Description:Jll is contracting with United Health group and performing maintenance of their clinics including the Polyclinic. They are looking for maintenance technicians to perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs on the facilities.Skills:plumbing, electrical, hvac, epa, drywall, painting, refrigeration system, mechanical aptitudeTop Skills Details:plumbing,electrical,hvacAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Maintenance Engineer (One Static, Two Mobile)1) Handyman Skills (Minor plumbing, drywall, painting, door adjustments, some cabinetry work)

2) Preventive Maintenance skills in the completion of PM tasks – Filters, belts, ice machines

3) HVAC experience – Minor troubleshooting (Will need EPA Certification) 2 to 5 years’ experience

4) Electrical – Ability to repair lighting and very minor electrical issues. (Will need Washington Electrical Trainee License)Maintenance Tech (One Static, Two Mobile)1) Handyman Skills (Minor plumbing, drywall, painting, door adjustments, some cabinetry work) - Primary
