Maintenance Technician

Experienced maintenance technician needed for large apartment community in Federal Way. We would like you to have 1-2 years of apartment maintenance experience. The starting pay will depend on experience and skills. We are looking for someone that may have experience in one or all of the following: appliance repair, painting, apartment turns, customer service and grounds cleanup. Schedule will include one weekend day and will be a straight 40 hour work week, unless the candidate requests an alternative. The pay will start at $26-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
