We're seeking a high-impact Manager of HR Transformation to own and drive a portfolio of strategic HR initiatives across our organization, reporting to the Senior Director, Organizational Health and HR. This role requires an exceptional leader who can translate strategy into action through flawless execution, cross-functional coordination, and a strong ownership mindset. The Manager's portfolio of initiatives will focus on Organizational health, employee engagement, and change management, as well as various initiatives related to transforming HR technology, business processes and systems.

ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives with full ownership of outcomesBuild and manage comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelinesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive executionDevelop and maintain robust tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and identify risks earlyFacilitate effective decision-making by structuring problems clearly and presenting data-driven insightsCommunicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidenceIdentify and proactively mitigate risks and roadblocks to project successFoster collaborative relationships across the organization to drive consensus and overcome resistancePerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
