Leeper’s Marine, a family-owned, full-service wakeboard boat/ lake boat repair and consignment sales business, is seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. Established 40 years ago, we specialize in maintenance, repairs, storage, winterizing, and door-to-dock services.

Position Overview: We are looking for a full-time Technician with expertise in marine repair skills to manage operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality repairs, winterizing, and storage services

diagnostic skills and boat driving experience

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marine repair and maintenance (will train the right mechanic with experience from other fields)

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Passion for boating and commitment to quality service
