WestCoast Entertainment (WCE) is an independent presenter of national touring Broadway productions, concerts, and other special events. Based in Spokane, WA, WCE has presented the STCU Best of Broadway series for the past 34 years bringing an incredible range of major entertainment to the NW region.

The Marketing and Guest Services Coordinator for WestCoast Entertainment will:

  • Act as liaison for season ticket holders and ticketing services.
  • Assist with ticketing fulfillment and guest services related to ticketing programs.
  • Ticketing sales support for WestCoast Entertainment and Tickets West.
  • Develop, coordinate and execute social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate and implement email campaigns and manage email lists.
  • Analyze social media and website traffic.
  • Coordinate Student Rush program and execute on-campus promotions.
  • Coordinate distribution of collateral materials.
  • Assist with special events as necessary.
  • Assist and coordinate sponsor functions and fulfillment.
  • Provide sales support for group ticketing as necessary.
  • Assist with new season marketing strategy and development.
  • Coordinate and manage donation requests.
  • Coordinate and maintain Concierge Program.
  • Coordinate and maintain Random Acts of Kindness.
  • Coordinate and maintain Showkidz ticket allocation and application processing.
  • Guest Services support at events as needed.

Position Requisites:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, various relevant social media platforms
  • Ability to learn and work with ticketing software and guest services interface
  • You are able to multi-task, follow-through and prioritize well to meet deadlines.
  • You can connect honestly and openly with your guests and your team.
  • You can develop effective working relationship with fellow associates, managers, outside representatives and agencies.
  • There are times when you may have to deal with an unhappy person; you do need to know how to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and coworkers.
