RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager in Redmond, WA.

Summary:We are looking for a content creator who is excited to build a library of product training and enablement videos. This person will be responsible for working closely with the product team to independently create end to end internal and external facing content that supports our product brand and launches.

Roles and Responsibilities: Business group - Cloud + AI Purpose of this team - This is the company research team, so they help startups to grow and scale on Company Technology Reason for the request - additional support for increased workload Surrounding team & key projects - This candidate would be brought on specifically to build all their product demo and training both for their internal teams and external audiences; So, they have a product that all startups use and need someone to come on board to build those demo videos and trainings Motivators for this need - candidate with the right skill Budget approved - Yes Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm - They will be working mostly independently; 20 % prework research with the product making sure they understand how it works and connecting with the team; Includes talking with the sponsor or product managers to get any details or answers to any questions they have about how users would use the product; 80% recording and editing and doing voice overs for voice demos Interaction level with sponsor/team - moderate: sponsor and the team will be there if they have any questions but if they can pick up the product and understand themselves rather quickly, it will be low interaction Chance for extension later - Yes dependent on budget Expected working hours - Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week but will also accept candidates who can only do 20 hours a week if they have the right skill and can get the work done Location Requirements & HTX Details - Offsite

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent training is preferred but not require Years of Experience Required - 3+ years Video recording experience - 3-5 years of experience Video Editing experience - 3-5 years of experience Project Management - 3-5 years of experience Communication Skills (verbal and written) for voice overs - 3-5 years Experience in content creation is required Strong video production and editing background Ability to quickly pick up new tech products Ability to work independently and manage one's time, knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services Performance indicators - meeting deadlines and quality of work

Best vs. Average - best: Experience and having that proof that they've built product demo videos before Experience of being on a product team Experience with video editing and voiceover Any QA/product training and learning experience is crucial Having worked at a startup is helpful but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
