Processing facility in Burlington, Washington is hiring a Meat Cutter to join the fabrication team. Looking for someone with experience breaking down carcasses and working in a fast-paced meat processing or boning facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Break down beef, pork, lamb, and goat carcasses into primals, subprimals, and retail cuts

Perform precision cutting, boning, and trimming to customer specifications

Maintain proper knife care and sharpening

Follow all safety procedures and sanitation standards

Keep work area clean and organized per HACCP guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Strong fabrication and meat cutting skills (carcass breakdown required)

Experience in a fast-paced meat processing or boning facility preferred

Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Pay: Up to $25/hour, depending on experience. Health insurance offered.
