Meat Processing / Butchery work

Norcino Salumi, an artisan old world meat company, is seeking production assistants.

Prior experience with whole animal butchery and USDA inspection is highly recommended for this position but not required.

The position will include processing/harvesting cured meats, packaging and labeling. There is room for growth into butchery and salami production if interested.

This position is in Burlington. Competitive pay and room for advancement with a growing company.
