This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.Responsibilities

The Merchandising Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to merchandise orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.

Apply knowledge of merchandising principles to drive productivity

Manage multiple priorities while allocating resources between accounts

Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals

Anticipate potential customer issues; apply contingency planning to avoid customer dissatisfaction

Train frontline employees and utilize PBC processes and tools

Understand cost per unit constraints when meeting customer needs

Help employees prioritize the work and promote teamwork

Supervise daily operations, delegate tasks and monitor progress

Set productivity and service targets, measure performance to drive accountability

Coach, lead and develop Merchandisers to support the sales organization and improve daily productivity via route rides three times a week, minimum

Conduct team meetings and safety training to ensure that preventive measures are enforced

Demonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Possess strong organizational and prioritizing skills

Have a highly developed sense of urgency

Demonstrated results in improving business performance through leadership

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000.

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.

Paid time off is subject to eligibility, including vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parentalleave:

Vacation : for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days in accordance with the vacation policy.

Holidays : for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.

Sick Leave : for eligible full-time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
