Metal Fabrication Lead - Build a Career with a Growing Manufacturer

Terrene, Inc. is hiring a Metal Fabrication Lead to help run and grow our metal forming department. If you’re an experienced fabricator who takes pride in precision work, values teamwork, and wants to grow roots at a company that’s building for the long term, this is your opportunity.

We’re a fast-growing laser cutting and fabrication shop serving Seattle, the Northwest, and the nation. We value craftsmanship, clear communication, and good people who show up and do the work right.

What You’ll Do:

Operate and maintain CNC press brakes and other fabrication equipment (drill press, bead blaster, belt sander, tumbler).

Ensure work meets tight quality and production standards.

Collaborate with production manager on manufacturability and problem-solving.

Maintain shop safety and cleanliness.

Take ownership of the metal fabrication area.

Support other production processes and special projects when required.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience operating CNC press brakes and metal fab equipment.

Ability to read shop drawings and measure accurately with calipers, tape measures, etc.

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and working on your feet.

Dependable, team-minded, and quality-driven.

Forklift operation (we’ll train you if needed).

Willingness to pitch in on various manual tasks around the shop.

Basic computer and math skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

$22/hour or higher, depending on experience.

90-day pay review.
