Here are some of the benefits you can enjoy: Medical Dental 401k Paid time off Work/life balance Career development Mentorship opportunities Rewards & recognitionClick here to learn more about Lockheed Martin’s competitive edge.Basic Qualifications:'Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.Strong experience in a Metrology Laboratory with a diversity of disciplines and capabilities (microwave, waveform, electrical standards, pressure, gas detection, force, torque, dimensional, optics, temperature, humidity).Proficient using computers and major components of the MS Office suite.Good verbal & written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills to engage with a team and/or lead a team.Interim Security Clearance and US Citizenship required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.Cannot have dual citizenship.Desired Skills:'BS Degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.3 years calibration laboratory experience within the last five years.Familiarity with the Navy METCAL program.Experience within an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited or ISO/IEC 17025 compliant laboratory.Ability to develop metrology measurement techniques and procedures.DoD METCAL, PMEL, or TMDE training.Strong math skills.Experience with teaching, mentoring, or coaching.Electronics and microwave calibration experience/training.Experience with Fluke Metcal, National Instruments LabView, SureCal, or other automated calibration programming platforms.Solid understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.Recent security clearance.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
