job summary:
Narrative Producer needed for a contract opportunity with Randstad Technologies client in Redmond, WA. Responsibilities- Coordinate with production, and document shoot needs and requests.
- Communicate information quickly and succinctly to crew and other departments.
- Collate shoot details with story scripts, and deliver to all involved parties.
- Assist with casting, director, and external partner needs.
- Coordinate pickup of materials, supplies, and catering for shoots.
- Support motion capture team during prep, setup, and breakdown of shoots.
- Record detailed notes during performance capture shoots.
- Coordinate talent, stage, and director schedules.
- Ensure contracts are signed by external partners and talent.
- Organize scripts, revisions, and tracking.
- Schedule, prioritize, and track internal tasks and project details.
- Manage asset transfers and handoffs between teams.
- Drive timely delivery of assets and feedback.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with team members and partners.?
- Assist Senior Producer with sprint planning and backlog management.
- 3+ years of experience in game development.?
- Proficiency with Visual Studio Team Services, or similar bug database.
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, or other project tracking software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software- Outlook, Excel, and Project.
- Experience with motion capture and production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent scheduling and task management skills.
- Passion to remain engaged with a project from kickoff through delivery.
- Able to juggle various priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven and results-focused.
- Familiar with animation workflows.
- Interest in Halo.
