Network Test Engineer

Role: Network Test Engineer with VoIP and Mobility testing Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite Only) Duration: Long Term Job Description: Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong background in VoIP and Mobility testing
• In-depth knowledge of Legacy call systems/platforms
• Author, execution and tracking of test strategy/plans.
• Expert level understanding of Diameter, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP): execute and troubleshoot SIP Call Flow and SIP Call Processing Tests.
• Proven call processing troubleshooting skills utilizing protocol analysis applications such as JDSU AcceSS7, Tektronix IRIS, Spectra2, and Wireshark.
• Hands on experience with Ribbon elements to include: EMS, PSX, GSX, SGX, BGCF, and SBC platforms.
• Experience in Mobility Network Architecture with emphasis on MSCs, HLRs and SCPs
• Experience with the following Telecommunication Signaling Protocols SS7, ISUP, SIGTRAN, TCAP, GSM and GSM MAP, and CAMEL.
• Networking and Router experience for IP networks.

• IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)
• Expert level understanding of IP protocols.
• Administration knowledge of server hardware equipment: Sun, Oracle, HP
• Administration knowledge of multiple router types software and hardware: Cisco, Juniper
