Join Our Team as a Night PIC (Person in Charge) – 40 Hours Weekly Shared Between Blaine & Lynden Locations

We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Night Cashier/Person in Charge (PIC) to join our team! This is a full-time, 40-hour position shared between our IGA Market in Blaine and Lynden Food Pavilion locations.

Retail management experience is required—this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the front end during evening hours, setting the tone for friendly, efficient service

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Accurately process all payment types: cash, credit, EBT, and more

Act as the PIC in the absence of store leadership, ensuring operations run smoothly

Monitor and enforce store policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards

Support and guide your team to deliver a positive shopping experience for every customer
