Okay with only 2 years of experience but must be hardcore NodeJS. (not fullstack if they worked more on React, not Java Dev's some Node, NODE - you get the idea). MUST BE ABLE TO DEVELOP MICROSERVICES USING NodeJSMUST BE ABLE TO BUILD API's Candidates need to reside & be open hybrid/3 days onsite in the Bay Area (Mountain View) or Bellevue, Washington. Client is looking for NodeJS Developers with 2-6 years' experience MAX. Degree Required: Bachelors / Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field in a reputable institution Top required/must have technical skills:Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in Node.JS (required) for backend development. Must have strong coding experience.Proficient in Backend development (frontend development is a plus)Optionally 1+ years of experience in ReactJs + Redux and/or Vue.JsStrong web technologies - Microservices, Building API's, Load Balancing (Required)JSON standards (JavaScript Object Notation) (Required)Experience in Backend technologies like Java is a plusExperience in one of the clouds is required (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)Minimum 1+ years of experience in Nosql and SQL is required.Experience in working with at least one NodeJs web framework (Express, Sails or Hapi)All development and deployment are Linux based and the developer should be able to work on a Mac.Strong analytical and programming skillsStrong knowledge in Data structures and AlgorithmsGood understanding of Computer Science fundamentalsGood understanding of Object-oriented programming concepts Daily/weekly tasks (Day in the life/what the resource will be doing):Be responsible for expanding the feature set of the platform in an extensible and scalable mannerWork end to end on micro-services built on cutting edge technologies like NodejsWork with great Engineers and solve difficult problems aimed at making the customer experience seamlessGet challenged on your DS & Algorithm skills and design patterns every dayGet the experience of building products from the scratch and taking them all the way to productionWork with business and provide solutions to problems faced by customersDesign and development of new and enhance existing applications using HapijsSingle Page Web Apps development using Vuejs and React+ReduxCollaborate with internal and external team members to support Samsung.com site providing first level engineering supportSupport existing and new features via bug fixes, prod support or monitoring scripts
