Summary of Position:The OEM Product Manager/Coordinator manages the SKUs for device releases. They partner with teams within the organization to resolve production-related issues using cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Functions:
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels
  • Proactively manage escalations
  • Create Project controls such as action item lists, risk logs, issues logs, change control, decision logs
  • Strong understanding of OEM release cycle and program design
  • Facilitate conversations with OEMs, Engineers, and Marketing
  • Create, analyze, manage, and triage system or software defects
  • Proficient use of JIRA for defect tracking
  • Proficient use of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasker
  • Develop, plan, coordinate, facilitate, maintain, and distribute program/project information and documentation using standard documentation. May include meeting agendas, minutes, scheduling meetings, status reports, share documents, and others

  • Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

    Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine, and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.

    Required Education and Experience:
    • Associates Degree preferred
    • 5+ Years of Experience

    Qualifications:
    • Secure stakeholder alignment to scope, resources, and timelines
    • Knowledge of Android applications, preloads, and testing
    • Effectively facilitate meetings with program team members, various business groups, and senior leadership
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize and follow through on tasks and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail and meet deadlines
