Please note that this is NOT a remote position (Will never be - don't ask) and is a part-time in-office position only
We are a small, established fire and water restoration company in Olympia, looking to hire a part-time office assistant. The right candidate needs to work well in a team environment, be very coachable, have a positive attitude, be good at multi-tasking, take direction well, and be highly proficient in communication.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering phones
-Scheduling fire, water, mold and construction jobs
- Data Entry
- File and document maintenance
- Assist Management with various tasks when needed
Qualifications:
- Office experience is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Benefits and office conditions:
- Position Hours: TBD (THINKING OF 10-4)
- Business hours of operation - Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5pm
- Wage DOE. ($16 - 20 Per hour) paid weekly on Fridays
