If you have a passion for making an impact on the future today, consider joining Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience Org.The MSP CX-QA team is a novel organization that validates MSP solutions against Customer and Product requirements spanning safety, performance, interoperability, and maintainability. The Sr. Process Validation Manager will interact with stakeholders across the Enterprise from internal MSP teams to Operations, and will advocate for customer and business requirements for each MSP product as it progress through the Product Development Process. Process Validation ensures that the work-cell has met the prescribed requirements within the totality of the operational value steam.As a Sr. Process Validation Manager, you will liaison with Safety, Operations, Engineering, ACES, Finance, and Design teams to ensure MSP products meet performance targets through Concept, Alpha, Beta, and GA phases. This role will require the ability to build relationships, capture, and synthesize the voice of the customer to ensure products are being designed to specifications in totality. You will be able to work with some of the most talented engineers in the design, development, and delivery of new technological systems around the globe. You will lead installations of complex cross-functional projects or programs that focus on the building of new, the alteration of existing, and the closing of end-of-life material handling and technology systems.The ideal candidate with have deep understanding of fulfillment operations, product requirements, testing and validation, Quality Management Systems, Automation/Robotics Development, Operations Key Performance Indicators, and operational finance.Key job responsibilitiesLead Operational Readiness Testing, Operational Layout Assessments, Indirect Expenditure Analysis, and other Operability Validation efforts across a wide array of automation products. Actively participate in firm engineering reviews, and make tangible impact on the proposed solutions on an individual system or its components, on the overall systems architecture, and on facility processes. Collect and analyze Voice of the Customer Feedback. Lead effective meetings by setting the objectives, putting the right people in the room and driving detailed business and technical discussions/alignment. Document meeting discussions, decisions and future steps, ensuring alignment on expectations. Promptly and accurately communicate project status, risk analysis and risk mitigation plans. Effectively answer project questions in detail, and regularly produce clear and concise summaries for the project to leadership/management team. Competently articulate system and/or equipment designs, including layouts, technical specifications and functional capabilities to internal customers and partner teams. Excel at building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that improve the Engineering and cross-teams’ efficiencies, optimizing the teams’ value and delivery. Travel 50% domestically although travel intensity can be variable.A day in the lifeWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Sumner, WA, USABasic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
