Operations & Sales Manager (Full-Time)

Location: West Sound Area, WA (Kitsap County)

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year + performance bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

We are a new growing mobile laser cleaning company serving the municipal, shipping and construction industries with high-tech, eco-friendly surface preparation solutions. Our precision laser cleaning technology revolutionizes rust removal, paint stripping, and industrial cleaning.

We’re looking for an Operations & Sales Manager to help streamline daily operations, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on leadership position.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, logistics, and technician management.

Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new industrial and municipal contracts.

Build relationships with construction firms, shipyards, and industrial clients in the West Sound region.

Provide on-site consultations and estimates for potential clients.

Monitor job quality, safety compliance, and efficiency of laser cleaning services.

Work closely with the owner & technicians to improve service offerings and operations.

Develop and maintain a CRM system to track leads and client accounts.

Qualifications:

3+ years in operations management, sales, or industrial services. Experience working with construction, maritime, or industrial sectors (preferred).

Ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites when needed.

Comfortable managing field technicians & overseeing job performance.

Willingness to learn about laser cleaning technology and become an industry expert.

Experience in managing and implementing safety protocols
