Role Operations PM Location Seattle (Hybrid Work) Duration 12 months + Key Skills Ad Hoc Reporting/Ad Hoc compensation analysis, MS Office (Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse global team for managing Sales Operations for large enterprises
- Coordinate and orchestrate deliverables across various teams and workstreams / business programs
- Attend relevant meetings, community calls and training calls to understand tools and processes changes to provide efficient support to users and conduct end user trainings
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
- Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
- Manage escalations
- Research, preparation and processing for Seller data and targets
- Process timely, accurate (audited) targets data
- Customer Account life cycle and Accounts parenting
- Audits management of reports
- Conduct ad hoc compensation analysis
- Work with local Sales Excellence, BSO and sales leadership for final sign-off of quota (initial cascade, quota shifts, quarterly quota windows.
- Ad Hoc Reporting
- Pre-Sales and Sales Operations for Small/ Mid-market.
- B2B experience, corporate sales
- Analyst may be asked to conduct analysis, research, and engage with Sales Directors and Sales Excellence during this process
- Good analysis skills and knowledge of Office productivity solutions
