1 or 2 nurses desperately needed for 42 year old quadriplegic male

I'm a 42-year-old quadriplegic male needing 1 or possibly 2 nurses to care for me. Current days needed covered are Fridays, and every other Saturday and Sunday. Current shift times can be 9am-7pm or 7am-7pm. My care includes ADLs, passive range of motion, Hoyer lift transfers, tracheal suctioning (will train for this skill) and driving me to various activities in my personal van. I live with my mom who is very supportive and involved in my care. Our home is clean, comfortable and pet-friendly. Pay rate is $51.00 per hour. Hoping for a long-term placement(s.) MUST:

Current Washington state Nursing license

At least 1 year nursing experience

Have valid driver's license AND dependable transportation

Be open minded

Have a sense of humor

Be honest, RELIABLE and PUNCTUAL

Write and speak English with fluency

Be able to pass a background check

Be willing to learn new skills

Enjoy a wide variety of conversation

Have one year nursing experience
