Oracle CLOUD Financials Consultant

Role and Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in delivering ERP services, managing client and do consultative selling to contribute to the growth of the company.
• Foster strategic partnership with Oracle sales and channel organizations
• Create high-performing consulting team of functional and technical consultants
• Responsible for the quality and achievement of defined success criteria on client facing engagements. Responsible for delivered margin for projects
• Resource management for direct reports and arbitration on project resourcing
• You will be responsible for project related communications with the client and for maintaining the reputation and image of Calfus Inc.
• Ability to quickly understand and analyze financial, business, and technical concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model

• Overall experience of 10-15 years, with 8-10 years in delivering Oracle ERP Financials and having 4-5 years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Financials).
• Deep experience with supporting/managing accounting functions in Oracle ERP, such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Revenue Management Cloud and exposure to ERP integration with supply chain modules such as OM, PO, and Cost Management modules
• Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud or Fusion Financials GL, AP, AR would be an added advantage.
• Experience with financial planning and reporting processes
• Experience working with planning, consolidation, and financial reporting applications.
