Order Fulfillment Support

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in the Order Fulfillment Support role. This position requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and an understanding of cannabis products. As part of the team, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

General Job Requirements:

Required Overtime: Flexibility to work extra hours as needed to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours during shifts.

Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with using computer systems to manage orders and inventory.

Inventory Management: Experience in managing and tracking stock, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent service to customers with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and satisfaction.

Deadline Awareness: Ability to stay focused on meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Cannabis Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various cannabis products, their uses, and industry standards.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and processing customer requests.

Google Sheets Knowledge: Experience with spreadsheets and data management.

Multitasking: Ability to seamlessly navigate multiple networking systems while maintaining performance under pressure.
