OTR Reefer Driver – Peterbilt 389 (18-Speed Manual Only)

Now hiring an experienced OTR driver for a Peterbilt 389 with an 18-speed manual transmission running refrigerated freight. This position is for serious, qualified drivers only.

Position details

Job type: Full-time OTR, 100% travel

Equipment: Peterbilt 389, 18-speed manual only

Freight: Reefer (refrigerated) – multi-stop and long-haul

Pay: $0.48–$1.00 per mile, based on verified experience, safety record, and performance

Minimum requirements (must have)

5+ years recent OTR experience with verifiable work history running long-haul

Reefer experience required: temp control, monitoring, and product integrity

Able to confidently operate an 18-speed manual – no exceptions

Clean record:

No preventable accidents in the last 5 years

No major violations (DUI, reckless, 15+ over, license suspension, etc.)

Strong HOS/ELD compliance and safety mindset

Able to work independently, manage time, and communicate clearly with dispatch

If you do not have at least 5 years OTR, reefer experience, and 18-speed manual experience, do not apply.
