Outbound Sales/ Appointment setter

We are hiring a motivated outbound caller / canvassing appointment setter to help grow First Response Moving & Junk Removal’s client base.

You will reach out to homeowners, realtors, property managers, and local businesses to introduce our services and schedule moving or junk-removal jobs.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (lists provided).

Canvass local businesses and neighborhoods to build relationships.

Qualify prospects and set confirmed appointments.

Keep our CRM (Housecall Pro) updated with notes and follow-ups.

Work with operations to ensure appointments convert to booked jobs.

Requirements

Reliable transportation for occasional local canvassing or in-person follow-ups.

Working cell phone for calls, texts, and basic CRM updates.

Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Comfortable with outbound calls and confident talking to new people.

Self-motivated and organized; prior sales or appointment-setting experience a plus but not required.
