AECOM is seeking a Pacific Northwest Hydro Practice Lead to be based in Boise, ID, Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. This position can work remotely, preferably near one of the three mentioned locations.Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Plan, coordinate, direct, and supervise design teams in the design of water infrastructure projects such as dams, spillways, outlet works, hydroelectric facilities, and fish passage facilitiesResolves complex challenging issues to benefit our clientsManages local and national projects in accordance with AECOM’s project management required practicesDeliver project financial performance in accordance with AECOM expectationsAct as primary point of contact with clients to identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and prepare design cost estimatesMay be responsible for Project teams that include 10 or more members often representing multiple business lines, working in remote locations, and may include sub-contractors or sub-consultants
